Waney Edge Lap treated brown panel fencing is the UK’s favourite type of wooden fence panel and is often considered the default value choice for garden fencing.
Also known as overlap panel fencing, these fence panels are 6ft wide with 5 different heights and are formed from sawn waney edge boards secured to a battened timber frame. A semi-rustic appearance is offered due to the irregular shaping of the edge of the horizontally set cladding. Each panel is sturdily assembled and framed to the outer edge on both sides, has intermediate vertical battens and an integral slim capping to the top.
Supplied surface pre-treated to a standard dipped process.
We recommend you wait six months before you paint any pressure treated wood, as this allows the wood to dry from within its core.
During the summer months, you may notice splits and cracks naturally appearing in your wood. Timber adapts to its surroundings so will expand and contract depending on the temperature. Little splits and cracks are not a cause for concern.
